Erecording makes no guarantee, but will attempt to record your documents in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee that your document will be recorded or timely recorded by the Clerk of Court. Some documents lack the necessary information for recordation, while others contain information that render it unrecordable. E-Recording does not review your documents for this information, and by accepting your documents for recordation, ERecording does not render an opinion on whether your document is recordable. E-Recording will submit your document to the Clerk of Court for recordation, but it is the user/submitter's responsibility to present a document in recordable form. ERecording shall not have any liability whatsoever in the event documents are rejected by the Clerk of Courts.
